Nature of Threat: The Province has an offer of purchase and sale for this site. Demolition of the Heritage Buildings on this site has started under the authorization of a Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO). Demolition was stopped temporarily by the courts.

History: The earliest building on this site was built in 1917. The site was used to build railway equipment. The buildings and the site were designated as a Heritage Property by the City of Toronto in 2004.
